Where To Start?
Impressions are taken
At your initial visit to our practice, we will make detailed molds of your teeth using our Trios scanner, therefore no uncomfortable impression material is required, this illuminates patient discomfort by minimising the appointment time. The whitening trays are made completely custom to create upmost comfort and ability to achieve best results possible.
How To Whiten
You will receive a whitening kit, which will include your custom trays and whitening gel along side some simple instructions to follow and a shade guide which provides you with the ability to gauge your result.
The whitening tray looks like a fine sport mouth guard which you fill with the whitening solution and place over your teeth, thereby avoiding contact with the gums. We recommend whitening for a period of 1-2 hours per day
When Will I See Results?
In most cases your teeth will reach optimal results within the first week. You are provided with enough whitening gel to last therefore you have the option to freshen the results at any stage.
What To Avoid?
It is important to remember any effort to avoid high colorant foods and drinks during one week of the whitening process will help you to achieve best results.
